Cancellation fees: 

If Kelly Clean, LLC’s housekeeper(s) arrive to a scheduled job and are denied entry, or are otherwise unable to complete their cleaning assignment due to no fault of their own, a cancellation fee may be charged.
To avoid a cancellation fee we ask to be notified of any cancellation or reschedule requests a minimum of 4 hours before the cleaning job is scheduled.
The cancellation fee is $25.00 per housekeeper ($25-$100). 


Working conditions: 

Cleaning jobs cannot be completed if an active infestation is present. If our housekeeper(s) witness an active insect or rodent infestation, they will do their best to photograph and/or video record evidence of the active infestation and the client will be notified. Once the property has been treated, it can be rescheduled to be cleaned. A cancellation fee may apply. 

We do not expect our housekeepers to work in extreme temperature conditions. In the event that an air conditioner or heater is not functioning correctly, and a comfortable temperature cannot be maintained, we reserve the right to cancel the cleaning job and request for it to be rescheduled once a repair to the heating or cooling system has been completed. A cancellation fee may apply. 

Additionally, in the event of weather advisories (heat advisories, cold advisories, or other dangerous weather conditions) certain cleaning tasks, such as garage cleaning, may not be available until safer weather conditions are present. 

If a property is deemed unsafe due to structural damage, squatters present, illegal drug use or manufacturing, vicious animals, or any other circumstance that may put a housekeeper in harm’s way, the cleaning job will be canceled and a cancellation fee may apply. 

Clients are expected to behave professionally with our housekeepers. If a client makes a housekeeper uncomfortable by making inappropriate remarks, advances, or any other non consensual inappropriate behavior, the cleaning job may be canceled and a cancellation fee may apply. 


Recleans and Touch Ups: 

In the event that a client is dissatisfied with the standard of cleaning provided to them, the client needs to report their dissatisfaction within 48 hours of the cleaning job being completed. Kelly Clean, LLC does guarantee their client’s satisfaction, and we will send a housekeeper to reclean or touch up any mistakes at no additional charge. However, if Kelly Clean is not at fault and the quality of the cleaning job has been compromised by outside maintenance staff, painters, flooring installers, plumbers, or other trades people or outside staff, the client will be charged for the reclean or touch ups. 


Residential Housekeepers:

We always try to be consistent with which residential housekeeper comes to a client’s home. However, we cannot guarantee that clients will receive the same residential housekeeper every time. In the event that a client's regular residential housekeeper is sick, on vacation, or needs a day off, we will inform the client that a replacement will be coming. If the client decides that they do not want a replacement residential housekeeper, they can skip or reschedule the scheduled cleaning to a time that the regular residential housekeeper is available. 

In the unfortunate circumstance that an item is accidentally broken by a residential housekeeper, it needs to be reported to upper management within 48 hours. Upper management will make a determination about whether or not the residential housekeeper was at fault, and whether or not Kelly Clean, LLC will be liable for replacing the item. In the event that a suitable replacement cannot be found, alternative compensation may be offered at the discretion of upper management of Kelly Clean, LLC. 


Booking Online:

Services that are booked online through Kelly Clean’s website, or a third party website, may be subjected to extra fees if the scope of work is falsely represented by the services purchased. For example: If a client orders a standard appliance cleaning service, but an appliance deep cleaning service is required to achieve the best cleaning results, the client will be invoiced or charged for the required service regardless of the service that was initially purchased.
Kelly Clean, LLC will always try to contact the client about any discrepancies and will always try to get approval from the client before making the choice to alter cleaning services. For this reason it is always recommended that clients be available via phone or text during the time that cleaning services are scheduled. 


Personal Information:

Client’s personal information is never sold to third party entities. Kelly Clean, LLC will not provide a client’s information to any third party or outside source. Kelly Clean, LLC does not store payment information in our own files, and once a payment source is set up in our system, we do not have access to that information anymore.
Client and former client’s email addresses may be used for marketing purposes in house for Kelly Clean, LLC only. If a client or former client wishes to opt out of receiving marketing from Kelly Clean, LLC they can email:
admin@kellyclean.com to be removed from the marketing list. 

Agreements:
